WARRANTY, PRODUCT RETURN/CANCELLATION AND REFUND

At Swepe-Tite, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want to hear from you if have a concern or question. Our goal is to provide quality products and maintain satisfactory relationships with our customers.

Returns/Exchanges:
We provide an exchange or refund within 15 days of date of arrival unless a special exception is made with the customer service department. After 15 days, a return can only be processed for unused/like new merchandise. Customer is also responsible for freight/shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Heater Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the product, the return policy for the BK-1 Heater can be accessed by calling our customer service department at (662) 840-6060.

Warranty
We manufacture our products to be free of defects and delivered in accordance with and conform to all applicable laws and regulations. In the event of our products malfunctioning or being defective, we will replace or refund them at our discretion.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICIES

Shipping Policy:

Swepe-Tite’s rates for shipping are currently available for U.S. based shipments. Shipping fees vary from state to state.

Delivery Policy:

Once we receive and process your order, the products will leave the Swepe-Tite facility in ten business days. We provide an email to customers with the estimated delivery date after products leave the facility.

Shipping times are dependent upon product availability and available shipping method. Swepe-Tite provides emails with shipping information that contains the estimated delivery date, shipment confirmation, and delivery notification. If you have any concerns about shipping or delivery, please contact Swepe-Tite’s Customer Service Department.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Swepe-Tite LLC warrants its products to be free of defects in material or formulation and that they were produced in accordance with and conform to applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any such warranty, Swepe-Tite will, at it’s option, replace any affected products returned to Swepe-Tite, or refund shall be Swepe-Tite’s sole responsibility, and the buyer’s exclusive remedy, for any breach of warranty.

Swepe-Tite shall grant terms to qualified commercial business located in the United States. All Exports, consumers and un-qualified commercial business will be shipped COD.
