WARRANTY, PRODUCT RETURN/CANCELLATION AND REFUND

 

At Swepe-Tite, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want to hear from you if have a concern or question. Our goal is to provide quality products and maintain satisfactory relationships with our customers.

 

Returns/Exchanges: We provide an exchange or refund within 15 days of date of arrival unless a special exception is made with the customer service department. After 15 days, a return can only be processed for unused/like new merchandise. Customer is also responsible for freight/shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Warranty

 

We manufacture our products to be free of defects and delivered in accordance with and conform to all applicable laws and regulations. In the event of our products malfunctioning or being defective, we will replace or refund them at our discretion.
